Gayatri Joshi and her hubby, Vikas Oberoi, were holidaying in Sardinia when the accident occurred. They were driving their Lamborghini as part of the Sardinia Supercar Tour, a luxury auto stint from Teulada to Olbia.

The Collision:

The dashcam videotape revealed the horrifying moment when Gayatri Joshi's Lamborghini collided with a Ferrari and a caravan van. The incident took place on a narrow two-lane road, with several sports buses following a caravan van. Gayatri's Lamborghini tried to catch the van when the Ferrari behind them tried to do the same. Unfortunately, the two buses collided.

Fatal Consequences:

The impact of the collision caused the group van to overturn, creating a pall of dust. Tragically, the Ferrari caught fire, leading to the deaths of two Swiss excursionists, Melissa Krautli( 63) and Markus Krautli( 67). They were visiting Italy from Switzerland.

Gayatri Joshi's Career:

Born in Nagpur, Maharashtra, Gayatri Joshi began her career as a videotape jockey before winning the Femina Miss India International title in 2000. She represented India at Miss International 2000. She's best known for her part in Ashutosh Gowariker's 2004 movie 'Swades,' where she entered praise for her depiction.

Personal Life:

In 2005, Gayatri Joshi tied the knot with businessman Vikas Oberoi. Besides her acting career,she has also worked as an advertising model and appeared in music vids, including Hans Raj Hans'' Jhanjaria' and Jagjit Singh's' Kaghaz Ki Kashti.'

Aftermath:

While Gayatri Joshi and Vikas Oberoi were reported to be unhurt, the videotape shows the couple visibly shaken at the scene of the accident.
