Maneka Gandhi firmly asserts the urgency of Elvish Yadav's arrest

Elvish Yadav Refutes Accusations

Elvish Yadav Denies Rave Party and Snake Venom Charges; ... Popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav, recently booked by the Noida Police for alleged involvement in organizing rave parties using snake venom, has vehemently denied all charges. In a public statement, he expressed his willingness to cooperate with the Uttar Pradesh Police to clarify the situation.

    Maneka Gandhi's Strong Stance

However, BJP MP Maneka Gandhi, whose non-governmental organization (NGO) initiated the complaint against the renowned influencer, responded with skepticism. She questioned why Elvish Yadav had chosen to evade the authorities if he was truly innocent. "This is a grade 1 crime, punishable with seven years in jail, as it constitutes a wildlife crime," stated Maneka Gandhi, who further highlighted the severe consequences of extracting venom from king cobras, emphasizing that it is essential for their digestion and survival.

Wildlife Crime and a Potentially Wider Conspiracy

Maneka Gandhi, a long-time advocate for animal welfare, has demanded Elvish Yadav's immediate arrest. She disclosed that her NGO had been monitoring Yadav for some time due to his frequent inclusion of snakes in his YouTube videos. "Then we found out that they sell snake venom," Maneka Gandhi revealed, suggesting that there might be a larger illicit operation behind these allegations.

    Elvish Yadav's Rebuttal

In response to the accusations, Elvish Yadav firmly maintained his innocence. He released a statement declaring, "I will take responsibility if even 1% of my involvement in this is proven. The media should refrain from defaming me unless my involvement is confirmed." Expressing his astonishment at Maneka Gandhi's statements, Yadav tweeted, "Shocked to see such people sitting on such posts. The way she is accusing me, she should be ready to apologize as well."

    The Origins of the Accusations

The allegations stem from a complaint filed by the People For Animals, an NGO founded and run by Maneka Gandhi herself. The organization reportedly reached out to Elvish Yadav with a request to arrange a rave party involving Cobra venom. In response, Elvish referred them to a person named Rahul, who claimed to have access to the venom. The group eventually convened at Sector 51 Banquet Hall, with the Noida Police and the District Forest Officer (DFO) in tow, leading to the arrests of the event organizers. These individuals implicated Elvish Yadav, further complicating the case.

The situation remains mired in controversy, with conflicting claims and counterclaims between the parties involved. As the investigation unfolds, the truth behind the allegations will hopefully come to light.
